Financial Controller
Full-Time | Remote (UK) | Monthly Meetings in Central London

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to be hands-on and responsible for carrying out all bookkeeping, financial, and administrative tasks across a small group of privately owned companies. Working closely with a UK based multi-exit Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monthly invoicing and credit control

* Supplier payments and accounts payable

* Monthly management accounts

* Quarterly VAT returns

* Payroll processing

* Annual statutory filings

* Bank reconciliations and cash flow management

* Liaising with external accountants and advisors

* General company administration and reporting

The Ideal Candidate :

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Strong knowledge of UK accounting, VAT, payroll, and compliance requirements

* Experience preparing management accounts

* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working independently

* Proficient with Xero, Quick Books, Sage, or similar accounting software

Location:

Remote working with monthly in-person meetings in Central London.

Salary:
£35,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill level, although there is flexibility for the right candidate.
