Billing excellence analyst
Mite the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company is building a new Unbilled Transformation Team and are looking for a small billing excellence team as soon as possible for an exciting new 18 month project.
We are building a new team of strong billing excellence specialists who will leave no stone unturned when it comes to process improvement.
Where:
Our Head Office – Northampton Business Park, Northampton NN4 7SL
When: ASAP, 18m FTC £35k
Hours:
Hybrid: 3 days a week in Northampton; 2 days WFH
- Hybrid working, with the option of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home
- A friendly and supportive team

- Work hand-in-hand with existing team members to transition unbilled tasks away from incumbent staff
- Manage multiple customers and customer-types concurrently
- Ensure shifts that have been completed have the relevant PO/documents and relevant customer authorisations in place required for billing
- Preparation of applications and other breakdowns for presentation to client and chase through for timely invoicing
- Reconciliation of shifts, costs and time on each job against customer requests to ensure prompt closure and billing
- Proactive and timely resolution of queries and disputes
- Identify and implement fundamental transformation of processes to drive significant performance in accelerated billing and cash conversion
- Work with group and other customer engagement teams to identify further accelerated billing opportunities
- Maintain Unbilled project and improvement trackers, providing status updates and forecasts
- Document new process flows and SOPs to a standard to enable tasks to be transitioned to new team;
- Process excellence and improvement driven

- Deadline driven with ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
Reconciling, billing and working with large data sets - Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel (eg. pivot tables, lookups, macros) desirable
- Data analysis skills desirable
- Team leader/supervisor level experience desirable
- ARIS process framework awareness desirable
