We’re working with a respected, FCA-regulated Wealth Management firm that’s actively supporting qualified professionals into advice. With a strong flow of inbound client enquiries and an existing client base ready to be nurtured, there’s no pressure for cold business development — just a genuine focus on delivering high-quality, ethical advice.

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary is up to £45,000 + Bonus

  • No cold calling:
You’ll be working with existing clients and inbound leads
  • Mentoring by experienced advisers and structured training programme
  • Full support for Chartered exams and CPD

The Opportunity

  • This is a structured trainee route designed for paraplanners who are ready to become advisers but want to do it properly — with guidance, mentoring, and warm clients to work with. You’ll support experienced advisers in client meetings, contribute to advice strategies, and gradually take ownership of existing relationships and qualified leads.
  • You’ll have full access to the firm’s paraplanning and admin teams, allowing you to focus on building trust, delivering advice, and developing your presence as a Financial Planner.

Your Role

  • Support advisers in meetings and advice preparation
  • Start managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuity and care
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads and new client referrals
  • Build your own client base over time with full marketing and BD support
  • Stay up to date on regulations, tax planning, and investment trends
  • Deliver compliant, holistic financial advice with full back-office support

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to move into a client-facing role
  • Passion for delivering ethical, long-term financial planning

Why This Firm?

You’ll work with warm clients, inbound leads, and no pressure to “sell” — just the space to learn, grow, and thrive.
