Commercial Finance Manager Dungannon Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be exclusively supporting the appointment of a Commercial Finance Manager to join a high-performing and expanding finance function. This is a pivotal commercial role, working closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to drive profitability, influence strategic decisions, and provide high-quality financial insight across the business.

The Role Leading commercial finance support across pricing, customer agreements, tenders, and contract reviews. Supporting new business opportunities, product launches, and product costing initiatives. Reviewing costs, margins, and profitability to support commercial decision-making and customer negotiations. Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business areas. Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Producing high-quality management information and driving continuous improvements in reporting and financial processes.

The Person Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance business partnering, or a similar commercially focused finance role. Strong understanding of cost accounting, margin analysis, and profitability reporting. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems. Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence decision-making. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
