Management Accountant

Salary = £38,000 – £42,000 per annum dependent on experience

The management accountant will support the Finance Director in the preparation of monthly accounts ensuring financial accounting is compliant with the latest standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Project managers to maintain accurate recording of costs for projects, producing reports in a timely manner.

• Completing Month End Procedure
• Monthly Cashflow analysis
• Costs and variance analysis
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Support annual audits
• Monthly payroll
• Project margin analysis

• Microsoft Office, strong excel skills (Essential)
• ACCA or CIMA part qualified or AAT qualification (Essential)
• Experience with financial accounting systems (Essential)
• Previous experience of working in a similar role (Essential)
• Maintain own workload and the ability to meet deadlines
• The ability to confidently and professionally liaise with individuals on the telephone, via email and face to face
• A keen eye for detail and precision
