Step into a high-impact role within Dexcom's fast-paced EMEA Finance team, where innovation meets purpose. As part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, you'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking group that sits at the heart of decision-making for one of the world’s leading continuous glucose monitoring businesses.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in Edinburgh, this is more than a traditional analyst role. You'll act as a strategic partner on a range of high-profile projects including the launch of an exciting new commercial product, working alongside cross‑functional teams to shape the future of the region.
Where you come in- Be at the center of key business initiatives delivering sharp, forward-looking financial analysis that supports strategic decisions, including the launch of new products
- Own the story behind the numbers tracking performance across the full P&L, uncovering trends, and translating variances into clear, actionable insight
- Partner with teams across the business to challenge thinking, optimise budgets, and spotlight risks and opportunities before they materialise
- Turn complexity into clarity creating compelling, insight-led presentations that influence senior stakeholders and drive smarter decisions
- Build and continuously improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools – raising the bar for accuracy, efficiency, and insight
- Get hands‑on with systems like Hyperion and Tableau becoming a go‑to expert and using data to unlock meaningful business stories
- Push for better identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and evolve how we analyse and report performance
- Bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset every day leaning into challenges, asking the right questions, and constantly looking to improve
- You bring strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills and know how to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- You have a solid understanding of accounting principles (specifically P&L, accruals, month‑end close processes)
- You have experience using financial planning systems (e.g. Hyperion) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) – preferred
- You are highly proficient using Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power Point
- You are a confident business partner with proven experience working across cross‑functional teams, influencing stakeholders and collaborating to get the right outcomes
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial data into clear insights for both senior leadership and non‑financial stakeholders
- You are comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- You take pride in strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, data quality, and delivering on time
- You bring a proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation

Experience and Education RequirementsTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5‑8 years of related experience.
Flex/Hybrid WorkplaceYour primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
