Our client is a leading business based in Belfast City Centre, offering a high-impact opportunity within a well-established finance function. This role would suit an ambitious finance professional stepping into their first Head of Finance/Financial Controller position, or equally an experienced individual used to operating at this level, who is seeking greater ownership and influence within a more agile environment.

About the Job:
Lead and develop a small finance team, with full ownership of the function Oversee daily finance operations Prepare management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reporting Liaise with auditors, funders, and tax advisors, ensuring compliance Provide financial analysis to support growth and cost-saving initiatives Improve finance systems, controls, and group-wide processes

About you:

Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
