Financial Adviser Benefits Employed option with basic salary from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience Salary validation at 2.5 times with bonus thereafter Self employed option with 60 percent income retention on self generated business 40 percent income retention on provided leads and clients Income smoothing available for self employed advisers Hybrid working with expectation of office presence when not seeing clients Location You should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of offices in Taunton, Barnstapleideally within 20 miles.
