We are seeking a Senior Manager to work within our Tax Advisory team. The role would be based predominantly in our Worthing office, with the flexibility to also work from home and/or our Gatwick, Brighton or Chichester offices. Our team provide tax advice across a wide variety of sectors and taxes, and you will need to have proven experience in both corporate and personal taxes.

• Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and business owners, building trusted and effective client relationships.
• Providing advice on estate planning, inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax planning, trusts, and succession planning.
• Managing and reviewing complex self-assessment tax returns, trust tax returns, and related compliance obligations.
• Advising clients on wealth preservation strategies and opportunities to mitigate inheritance tax and capital gains tax liabilities.
• Supporting clients with trust creation, administration, and taxation matters.
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering practical, commercially focused advice tailored to clients' objectives.
• Working closely with Partners and colleagues across the wider business to deliver integrated tax and financial planning solutions.
• Assisting with the implementation of advisory projects and maintaining high technical standards across the portfolio.
• Line management responsibilities for junior members of the team, providing regular feedback and supporting their development.

• Proven experience working within Private Client Tax.
• Strong knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and estate planning.
• Experience managing both advisory and compliance work for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CTA qualified is advantageous; however, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified candidates with relevant private client tax experience will also be considered.
