Operations Manager; FinCrime

About the role

Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting‑edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to build high‑stakes Fin Crime systems from zero to one. You'll be designing, automating, and scaling workflows that protect our global customer base.

• Building complex Fin Crime systems from the ground up
• Eliminating manual friction with end‑to‑end automated solutions
• Driving infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets
• Taking full responsibility for project life cycles, from insight to global execution
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment
• A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• A solid track record of leading complex, high‑stakes projects end to end
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed
• Fluency in English
