Finance Assistant – Treasury Team

Vacancy Type: Permanent / Part-Time

Hours Per Week: 25

Salary Range: £25,947.47 pro rata per annum

Location: Horncastle

Our client is offering a Finance Assistant role within their Treasury Team. You will assist with all aspects of the transactional activities within the Treasury Team, for themselves and their Client Councils.

Responsibilities
  • Daily income processing: allocate and reconcile incoming payments to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Financial controls: monthly bank reconciliations and suspense account reconciliations to support robust financial controls.
  • Team and service support: proactively communicate with internal and external services to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Support multiple organisations in a shared service environment, handling high volumes of transactional information through financial systems.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with others.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, take feedback and develop.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel between office locations when required.
