Our client is offering a Finance Assistant role within their Treasury Team. You will assist with all aspects of the transactional activities within the Treasury Team, for themselves and their Client Councils.
Responsibilities- Daily income processing: allocate and reconcile incoming payments to ensure accurate financial records.
- Financial controls: monthly bank reconciliations and suspense account reconciliations to support robust financial controls.
- Team and service support: proactively communicate with internal and external services to obtain information and resolve queries.
- Support multiple organisations in a shared service environment, handling high volumes of transactional information through financial systems.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with others.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, take feedback and develop.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel between office locations when required.
