Technical Analyst – Delegated Audit Analyst

Pro currently has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Analyst to be part of our large client team in the Insurance Services area. The job holder will be required to provide direct support to our client as they prepare for audit processes by ensuring data is processed, premiums are accurate and MI & SLA’s are in place. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has delegated experience and who is looking for a new challenge as you will work closely with the client, likely including weekly visits to their office in London and will be responsible for leading change and initiatives.

Pro operates a flexible hybrid working policy and this role would be based either working at home or working at home and at our London, Gloucester or Liverpool office.

• Undertake audits in the delegated workspace
• Investigate EPI differences in facilities
• Working with large sets of data within tight deadlines
• Meeting with stakeholders at the client office to ensure data is complete and missing bordereaux are chased and updated accordingly
• Be part of a client mission that will give insights into varying areas of the business

• Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of principles of insurance and reinsurance is essential.
• Good understanding of London market systems and procedures is desirable.
• Knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Marine business classes desirable but not essential. Likewise, knowledge of the US insurance business would be advantageous.
• Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues
• Ability to work remotely
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, providing solutions for improvement to discuss with the leadership team
• Experience in bordereaux processing software, including data validation and analysis essential
• Proficient in analysing and manipulating data using tools such as excel
• Proficient in handling bordereaux data, including data cleansing and reconciliation processes
