As a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate within our Transaction Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering detailed financial analysis and insights that support key M&A transactions and capital market activities. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, work collaboratively with senior management and clients, and contribute to high-profile engagements.

• Work closely and communicate effectively with management and junior team members to ensure timely delivery of key engagement deliverables.
• Provide financial due diligence services through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
• Interpret and analyse financial and commercial information, delivering findings clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Review historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets.
• Identify and report potential key issues, including risks or equity price impacts, to clients.
• Correlate findings from other work streams with financial due diligence outcomes to provide integrated insights.
• Assist in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings, including reports for sponsors.
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all client deliverables.

• Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong academic record demonstrating analytical capability.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong commercial and market awareness.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Effective team player with strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
