Credit Controller

We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a growing company in Manchester city centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

• Debt Collection: Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Credit Risk Management: Assess and monitor customer creditworthiness, applying credit limits and controls
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on aged debt, cash collection forecasts, and credit exposure
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance) and external customers to resolve payment issues.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve invoice queries or disputes to facilitate payment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and reduce overdue debt.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Credit Control experience
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• The ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
