An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance Team on a fulltime basis at our Kings Hill office in Kent (ME19 4AE
).
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week based in the office and three days working from home.
This is an exciting and diverse role within the Commercial Finance team to work directly with commercial and operations teams, providing financial insight and helping to drive optimal business decisions.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor data submissions and support sites that require guidance, assisting them to achieve submission deadlines with high data quality.
- Analyse data submissions against targets; liaising with units to obtain rationale for variances to support CFM in challenging overspends.
- Help develop and take ownership of key data sources and trackers.
- Producing daily/weekly/monthly reporting on various KPIs and ensuring they are accurate and timely.
- Provide and complete fee breakdowns, ensuring information is provided to the Commissioning Team on a timely basis.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with all levels of the business to support managers in taking ownership of their unit performance; willing to occasionally visit sites.
- Prepare presentation packs monthly and help develop value adding insights.
- Reviewing relevant queries and providing solutions to these.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support CFM with budget setting process.
- Complete training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Ad hoc projects/reports as required.

- Strong numerical skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Must be able to effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite is essential.
