Loan Agency Analyst – S2 Lending Services (Dual Site – Remote/Manchester City Centre)

We are looking for a Loan Agency Analyst based in Manchester. You will work within one of the Corporate & Commercial Banking (CCB) teams, delivering a best‑in‑class agency service on larger, complex lending transactions.

• Learn complex lending products, processes and platforms on the job.
• Deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of external customers as part of a diverse team of lending experts.
• Report to a Team Manager within Lending Services for line management.
• Provide invaluable support to internal stakeholders such as Relationship teams, Finance & Control and others on a daily basis.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies and procedures for our lending products.
• Innovate to improve customer and colleague experience.

• Professional Experience – Syndicated lending (Required), operational role within a bank (Required).
• Education – Degree in finance or economics (Preferred).
• Professional Qualification – Chartered Banker Institute or similar (Preferred).
• Hard Skills – Advanced Excel skills (Preferred), knowledge of complex lending products (Preferred).
• Soft Skills – Excellent communication (written and verbal) (Required), teamwork (Required), time management & multitasking (Required), mathematical ability (Required).

• Competitive salary £35,452–£53,178 per annum plus £500 annual cash allowance.
