Job Description

We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join a leading pensions provider, supporting a high-profile DB scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex DB casework (bereavement, transfers, retirements, settlements)
Handle technical queries and support service delivery against SLAs/KPIs
Mentor and support team members
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You

Strong DB pensions administration background
Experience with GMP equalisation (GMPe)
Confident with manual calculations (including complex cases)
Strong Excel, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
