What will the Interim Senior Financial Accountant role involve?

• Leading the preparation and review of corporate financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards

• Acting as a key point of contact for external auditors and overseeing audit processes to ensure compliance and timely completion

• Supporting senior management with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for strategic decision-making

• Implementing process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

• Assisting in the development of financial reporting policies and maintaining rigorous controls to uphold integrity

Suitable Candidate for Senior Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Demonstrates solid experience in financial reporting ideally with a large, complex multi-national environment

• Holds a  professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent

• Possesses strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and IFRS

• Exhibits excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Additional benefits and information for the role of Interim Senior Financial Accountant:

• Competitive salary, with a range of £65,000 to £70,000 based on experience

• Flexibility to work a hybrid model, with home working on certain days
