• Begin to take direct ownership of your own client portfolio with structured support from your manager, developing enduring client relationships.
• Take full responsibility for the planning, fieldwork execution, and finalisation of audit assignments for Partner and Manager review.
• Lead substantive and analytical audit procedures directly on‑site at client premises, managing and documenting files to the highest regulatory standards.
• Prepare statutory financial statements from complex client data, utilising your own judgment to highlight high‑level risk areas or matters of concern.

• Hold a full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
• Demonstrate a comprehensive, working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Possess proven experience in planning and completing audit assignments across a variety of industry sectors.
• Have direct experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding junior team members on‑site throughout the audit cycle.
