35 hours per week, 5 days out of 6: 08:00‑20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00‑14:00 Saturday.
Responsibilities- Support Commercial Banking customers with everyday banking queries over the telephone, building strong relationships through end‑to‑end ownership of requests and consistently delivering an excellent service.
- Deliver a customer‑centric approach through embracing technology and demonstrating digital servicing solutions.
- Identify potentially vulnerable customers and record data accurately to ensure appropriate services or solutions are offered.
- Actively support process improvements and raise ideas through the correct channels.
- Ensure all applicable operational risk, HSBC standards and policies are adhered to, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures and confidently managing financial crime by identifying, assessing, accepting, monitoring, escalating, and mitigating risk.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships and rapport.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and create solutions for customers, showing willingness to take ownership of all interactions.
- Team player, collaborative, with independent enthusiasm to grow, succeed and learn.
- Forward‑thinking, progressive mindset with the ability to adapt to change positively.
- Demonstrate role‑model behaviours and organisational values, setting the standard for others.
Starting salary of 27,200 GBP.

Work location is at our office in Leicester, with hybrid working allowing some time remotely from home. Candidates must have a suitable home office set up with a desk, chair and a broadband connection of at least 10
MPS.
