Interim Finance Lead - Post-Acquisition Integration; Hybrid

International and acquisitive Leisure group are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Consultant asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the “outside IR35” assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and 2/3 days per week in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with finance team to support onboarding of new acquisitions
• Ensure newly acquired companies are fully integrated into the group reporting cycle
• Recommend and follow through with any accounting adjustments where necessary
• Ad-hoc finance related activity where needed, to support upcoming year-end process

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experienced Finance Professional, with exposure to international entities
• Operational finance background, including post-acquisition integration activity
• Hands-on and detail focused individual, with the ability to work autonomously
