Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Pricing Analyst to join our fast-growing and innovative Travel Insurance product within the Travel Pricing team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to launch their career in a data-driven, analytical environment. You’ll support pricing strategy through analysis of customer segments, performance trends, and pricing structures, contributing to decisions that drive both competitiveness and profitability.
You’ll receive full training and mentorship from experienced analysts, with exposure to stakeholders across Pricing, Data, and the wider Travel business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of pricing initiatives using analytical tools
- Analyse pricing performance and structures to improve profitability and competitiveness
- Work with internal and external datasets to support pricing decisions
- Assist in modelling and evaluating pricing changes
- Support testing and technical implementation of pricing updates
- Produce clear analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and use insights to improve pricing approaches
- Degree (2:1 or above) in a STEM or highly numerate discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics)
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Experience working with data (e.g. academic projects, internships, or placements)
- Understanding of data analysis concepts (e.g. statistical analysis, modelling, or data interpretation)
- Basic knowledge or exposure to data tools or programming languages (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python)
- Ability to interpret data and produce structured outputs (e.g. reports, analysis, insights)
- Competent use of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, data manipulation, basic modelling)
- Exposure to pricing, insurance, or financial services
- Experience handling large datasets or databases
We operate a hybrid working model, with flexibility to work from home.
This role requires attendance in our Cardiff office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave.
