Position Details- Title: Business Development Managers
- Asset Finance - Salary: £70,000 to £100,000 per annum plus bonus, pension, healthcare, car/allowance
- Location: UK asset finance sector
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
- Employment type: Full-time
- Job functions: Business Development, Sales, and General Business
- Industry: Banking and Financial Services
The roles include:
- Bank-introduced asset finance
- Broker management and development
- Dealer / manufacturer development and management
- Small to middle ticket opportunities, typically industrial assets including commercial vehicles, construction plant, engineering, agriculture etc.
The requirements:
- Experience in asset finance sales is ESSENTIAL- could be with a funder or broker
- Business development and relationship management skills
- An understanding of credit risk / financial analysis is an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work from home or on a hybrid basis
- Target orientated
