Cash and Banking Administrator

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Cash and Banking Administrator to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering:

To upload the daily bank statements Monitor the Cash & Banking payments inbox Update the payment register and record all payments processed Monitor bank balances and prepare replenishment payments as and when required Deal with all bank/ payment queries Ensure all postings are completed in a timely manner Prepare & post journals as required Create any new direct debit instructions and maintain Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholders

Person specification:

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking processes and how they interact Intermediate level Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables

Experience of working in an environment of continuous change Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and enthusiastic contributor For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
