At the heart of every great organisation is a clear view of its future. At PBS, we’re looking for an FP&A Accountant who can help shape that future—turning numbers into insight, and insight into action.

This is more than just forecasting. You’ll play a key role in delivering the financial story behind PBS’s ambition—supporting planning, budgeting, and performance analysis that directly influences strategic decision‑making and sustainable growth.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business and Finance teams, you’ll ensure our financial plans are robust, forward‑looking, and aligned to our long‑term vision.

• Supporting the delivery of the annual budget, medium‑term plans, and forecasting processes
• Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing clear, actionable insights
• Running scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and evaluate new opportunities
• Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
• Partnering with stakeholders to bring clarity to financial performance and future outlooks

• A qualified accountancy background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets
• Experience in FP&A, forecasting, and performance analysis
• A solid understanding of financial services concepts such as balance sheet, capital and liquidity
• The ability to translate complex data into compelling insights and clear narratives
• A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence

• Operational excellence across finance processes
