Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled team, you will provide vital technical support to successful Financial Planners, producing detailed analysis and suitability reports to help deliver tailored financial planning solutions for clients.

• Preparing detailed suitability reports covering pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Carrying out technical research and analysis to support client recommendations
• Supporting Financial Planners with pre- and post-meeting preparation
• Reviewing existing client portfolios and identifying planning opportunities
• Liaising with product providers and internal teams to ensure efficient case progression
• Supporting ongoing client servicing, including annual reviews and recommendations

• Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and broader financial planning matters
• Diploma qualified (Level
  4), with progression towards Chartered status desirable
• Excellent report writing skills and strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive, collaborative, and team-focused approach

• Basic salary up to £50,000
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
