What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve?

Leading the preparation and review of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Overseeing Cap Ex, fixed asset and investment-related reporting, providing valuable financial insight to support strategic decision-making
Driving improvements across financial reporting processes, controls and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy and governance
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring a robust and compliant reporting framework
Supporting the ongoing development of the finance function by contributing to key projects and wider business transformation initiatives
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with proven financial reporting experience, ideally combining practice and industry exposure
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including statutory reporting, fixed assets and capital expenditure accounting
A proactive and resilient individual who thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for enhancing processes and delivering high-quality financial reporting
