We are seeking a motivated and numerate Finance Graduate to join our Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core finance functions while studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA). You will support day-to-day finance operations and contribute to ad-hoc projects, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in finance.
Key Responsibilities Assist with daily finance processes and month-end activities Support financial reporting and analysis Contribute to finance transformation and improvement projects Collaborate with wider finance teams across the business Learn and apply best practices in financial control and compliance Candidate Requirements 2:1 degree in a relevant subject or Level 4 AAT qualification 3 AC A-Levels (or equivalent) GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
