Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (16 Month Commission Guarantee included) - November Start Date

An outstanding opportunity to commence a long-term career in Financial Services becoming a full time, fully employed, CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK’s leading mortgage providers, with home-based working.

Your 16-week Academy training will be delivered primarily remotely via Microsoft Teams, giving you structured training, coaching and support from home throughout the programme. There will be occasional travel required to a central office location for specific training sessions or key Academy activities. Any required travel will be to a location that represents a sensible commute and will be confirmed in advance.

Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser

• During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30K per annum

• From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £30K per annum

• From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £32.5K per annum
  .
• From month 10 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £35K per annum
  .
• From month 17, £25.5K basic salary plus unlimited commission, earn a realistic OTE of £50K
  +.

Full time, permanent, employed role.

The 16-week Academy training will be delivered primarily remotely via Microsoft Teams. Occasional attendance at a central office location will be required for specific training sessions or Academy activities. Any required travel will be to a location that represents a sensible commute and will be confirmed in advance.

Once graduated, the Mortgage & Protection Adviser role is fully home-based, with occasional requirement to travel to a central location for pre-planned activities and meetings.

Candidates with a strong desire to forge a long-term career in Financial Services, and a demonstrable track record in customer service and sales. Looking for a career change.

From day 1 of employment, you will earn guaranteed additional monthly commission which will increase in tiered increments over the following 16 months. Once your guarantee ends you should expect realistic OTE of £50K+ in your 2nd full year as well as outstanding benefits and promotional tiers scheme.

Full financial support provided to gain the CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including full provision for study materials and your exam entry costs paid for.

During the 16-week training period the working hours will be 9.30AM-5.00PM Monday to Friday. You will need to be available for the whole 16 weeks of training with zero planned holidays to be considered.

Once your training is completed you will be required to work patterns covering a mix of 9:30AM-6PM and 11:30AM-8PM Monday to Friday offering a good work/life balance. No weekend working is required.

The work of contacting customers, securing appointments and progressing of the mortgage and protection applications is the sole remit of our dedicated Adviser Support Teams. This role is telephone-based so you will need to be articulate and engaging. You will be writing in excess of 16 mortgages with protection each month so you will also be highly motivated, disciplined, and organised.
