Treasury Officer - FTC

We’re looking for a Treasury Officer on Secondment/Fixed Term Basis until 31st of March 2027, to provide operational and administrative support to our Treasury Operations and Property Information teams. In this role you will support the day‑to‑day running of Treasury Operations, helping to ensure effective cash flow management and liquidity monitoring.

• Assist with daily cash flow forecasts and monitor cash against liquidity requirements.
• Prepare payments and loan movement requests when required.
• Prepare monthly treasury reports covering the loan portfolio, scheduled interest payments and fee payments.
• Create payment instructions, coordinate payment confirmations with lenders, and monitor intercompany lending against covenant limits.
• Process purchase orders and invoices, support document signing and sealing, manage Land Registry data, monitor the team inbox and respond to lender queries.
• Help with other team activities as required.

This role can be based in our London or Sittingbourne office and offers a hybrid working role with the option to work from home up to three days per week. Home‑working days will be agreed with your line manager.

• Experience in treasury and/or finance and a keen interest in developing your treasury career.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence handling confidential information.
