Hybrid / Remote working. Salary up to £40,000 + plus bonuses. All leads OTE £75,000

An award-winning Mortgage Brokerage is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Adviser due to expansion. The role is based at their offices in the Liverpool area. There is full lead provision and the firm is creating over 300 new clients per month, with a client-first approach to business. In return, there is a competitive salary and an achievable bonus structure to reward high levels of service.

• Provide mortgage advice to clients, ensuring suitable product recommendations and compliant processes.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with allocated leads and maintain a client-first service approach.
• Work with the team to support growth, client retention, and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser is required.
