About the Company:

HireIQ are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing Northern Ireland business to recruit a Head of Finance / Financial Controller. This is a broad, commercially focused leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and support ambitious growth plans to double the business over the next three years. About the Job:
Lead and develop the finance function, managing a small finance team Take ownership of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Provide commercial insight on profitability, margins, pricing and business performance Monitor and improve financial controls, processes and reporting capabilities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and wider business operations

About You:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or strong Qualified by Experience professional Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
