Newman Stewart, partnering with a UK-headquartered mineral exploration company, is recruiting a Group Financial Controller to lead group financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions and drive IPO readiness for an AIM listing.
You will work closely with the CFO and advisers to build robust financial systems, controls, and forecasting models, while managing treasury, FX, tax structuring, and multi-currency reporting in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
