Allica Bank Limited is seeking a Sales Support specialist to deliver first-line customer service for Asset Finance customers and perform back-office tasks. You will be the focal point for brokers or direct customers, helping them through banking challenges with clear communication.
You’ll manage cases end-to-end, build relationships with brokers, identify process improvements, and uphold the bank’s values in every interaction, while supporting related teams as needed.
