tombola is seeking a Customer Risk Specialist to join the Risk & Safer Gambling team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This remote role requires you to live within an hour of Sunderland for training and occasional meetings.
You will manage end-to-end Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), assess risk, speak with players by phone, email or live chat, and contribute to safer gambling, affordability and financial risk management.
