IFA Administrator - Wealth Management IFA, Financial Services Remote

Overview

Our client is a successful and established Financial Advice firm based in Sussex and they are currently looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. This is for the role of Financial Services Administrator supporting a successful Financial Adviser. Immediate start. Base to £32000 plus benefits. Hybrid or Remote working is available with quarterly office attendance fully expensed for 3-4 days per visit.

The company is based in Horsham and travel to the office will be fully expensed.

Provide administrative support to a Financial Adviser, handling client communications, document processing, and standard administrative tasks within a financial services environment.

• Experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar role; FA1 qualification is ideal but open to similar credentials.
• Experience as an FS Administrator or Junior Paraplanner is relevant and considered.
• Holds or is pursuing appropriate industry qualifications as described (e.g., FA1 or similar).

• Immediate start available.
• Based in or able to attend the Horsham office; hybrid/remote options with quarterly in-office attendance.
• Salary up to £32000 plus benefits.
