Recruitment Services is seeking a Financial Management Information Officer in Bolton to support budgeting and financial management functions. The role is initially 1 year with a 3-month onsite training period, then a hybrid arrangement with two days home-based and three days onsite.
Key tasks include preparing budgets, monitoring revenue budgets, advising budget holders, and producing financial information for management. Oracle experience and council budgeting background are required.
