Role Overview
Implementation and maintenance of eBilling client rates within our finance system, eBilling platforms and eBilling
Hub. Identify process improvements within the eBilling rates process and work closely with clients, partners, pricing and business development.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and local office representatives regarding eBilling rate and agreement requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of eBilling rate implementations for new rate deals, transitioning clients to eBilling, new FE’s to eBilling and new clients.
- Troubleshoot initial invoice‑uploading problems related to rates and escalates unresolved issues to vendors.
- Document eBilling system rate‑setup details and uploading procedures, and secure and collate relevant files for user reference.
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of eBilling software solutions and their integration with the practice management system.
- Maintain expert knowledge of electronic billing system formats including LEDES 1998b, 1998bi, XML 2.1 and XML 2000.
- Attend technical and personal development training as required.
- Strong prior experience in an eBilling role.
- Sound understanding of commonly used legal eBilling vendors.
- Keen attention to detail and effective organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Capability to perform at high levels in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and adapt to changing priorities and work demand.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through independently with minimal direction.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm. Additional hours may be required. We consider agile and flexible working patterns, allowing up to 40% of time working from home and 60% in the office.
