Deutsche Bank’s Rates business leads with scale and strength in providing asset and liability solutions to institutional and corporate clients globally. We give clients access to the Bank’s liquidity and product expertise through our global sales, trading and structuring teams, as well as our electronic trading channels. Our product range includes fixed income securities and derivatives in interest rates, long dated foreign exchange (FX), multi‑asset correlation products and commodities.
You will be working closely with traders and interact with various other teams including, but not limited to, sales, structuring, research and control functions. You will be responsible for managing the trading book, including pricing, trading and risk management responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Market Making and Risk Management of equity derivatives
- Providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably and for further developing and enhancing the equity derivatives franchise
- Analysing market structure and the opportunities and threats there‑in
- Managing financial and non‑financial risks
- Interacting with clients, sales and internal counter parties in other trading, coverage and structuring functions to increase market transparency and to generate new business
- Building a sustainable business and market share
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgement to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
- A deep understanding of the asset class
- A proven track‑record in revenue generation
- A proven track‑record in sustaining or generating high quality market share
- A proven risk management skill
- Strong quantitative skills
