CCP is partnering with a central Manchester financial services provider to appoint a Mortgage Advisor (Second Charge Market). The role is office-based for 6 months, then hybrid, with a basic salary of £27,415–£35,154 depending on CeMAP status and an OTE of £41,000–£50,000+. You will handle warm leads, provide tailored mortgage guidance, and ensure compliance with SMCR.
Full CeMAP qualification is desirable. A strong track record in regulated financial advisory and sales targets is expected.
