Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a high-quality finance business partnering function, providing insight, challenge and support to drive organisational performance and value for money.
Key Responsibilities Include- Leading finance business partnering across Trust
- Developing budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- Producing management information and performance analysis
- Supporting value for money and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthening financial controls and governance
- Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders
- Leading, coaching and developing finance colleagues
- Contributing to the wider management team
You will have strong finance business partnering experience, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to turn financial insight into business improvement.
Essential Attributes Include- Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
