Description

Maintain and update financial records accurately and efficiently.
Process invoices, payments and expense claims in a timely manner.
Assist with preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable.
Support the finance team with budget tracking and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.
Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

Experience in financial administration or accounting tasks, particularly in Accounts Payable.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
A good understanding of accounting principles and processes.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
