About you:

Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with practical, hands-on experience Strong attention to detail coupled with strategic insight Extensive knowledge of IFRS and taxation legislation Proven experience managing statutory and management accounts Leadership experience in mentoring and developing finance teams Available at short notice What you'll do:
Lead the preparation of management and statutory financial reports, including KPIs and commentary Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Manage the audit process and external reporting requirements, including grant submissions Supervise transactional finance activities and treasury operations Drive improvements in ERP systems, focusing on automation and process efficiencies Support compliance with HMRC and internal policies Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a collaborative environment Build strong cross-departmental relationships to inform strategic financial decisions For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
