Senior Business Finance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, with a focus on driving insight and decision-making across indirect costs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting, providing valuable insights that help shape business decisions and improve performance.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in evaluating financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or equivalent.
• Experience in business finance, financial analysis, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to present financial data and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Oracle experience is a plus.
