We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-profile Payments & FX programme. This role will focus on pricing strategy for a key payments product, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to standardise pricing and drive informed decision-making through data-led insights.
Responsibilities- Lead business analysis activities across a Payments & FX programme.
- Shape and define scope, requirements, and delivery approach with minimal supervision.
- Analyse and standardise pricing for a core payments product.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer segments and pricing scenarios, assess risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Interpret large datasets provided by Data & Analytics teams to inform decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops to drive current state (As-Is) analysis and target state (To-Be) design.
- Produce clear, structured documentation and recommendations.
- Operate independently, taking ownership of deliverables without the need for close management.
- Strong Business Analyst background within financial services.
- Proven experience in Payments and FX programmes, with preference for international payments exposure.
- experience within Commercial & Institutional (C&I) banking environments is desirable.
- Ability to work at pace on complex, high-profile initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, primarily internal.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously.
Skills & Qualifications
- experience with Correspondent Banking is desirable.
- Recent Payments programme experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exposure to similar banking products within environments.
- experience supporting pricing or commercial optimisation initiatives.
