Location: City Of London
Broadgate Search is seeking a Compliance Officer in London on a hybrid/remote basis. The role is a hands-on compliance seat reporting to the Group Head of Compliance and will own day-to-day financial crime and operational compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
UK experience is essential; 3–5 years in fintech/banking compliance with AML/CTF, sanctions screening, and CDD/EDD are required. You will work with Operations, Customer Success, Product and external banking partners.
