Help shape the governance framework of a growing private credit and insurance platform. Joining Macquarie Asset Management's Credit and Insurance business, you will play a key role in supporting fund structures and legal entities across Europe, working at the centre of strategic initiatives that enable the business to grow and operate effectively.

Working within Macquarie Asset Management's Credit and Insurance business, you will provide governance and company secretarial support across a diverse portfolio of group and managed entities throughout Europe. Collaborating closely with legal colleagues and key stakeholders, you will help establish and maintain private fund structures, oversee governance processes and outsourced service providers, support boards and entity management activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of new business initiatives.
Your work will help ensure strong governance practices, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational outcomes across a growing business.

- Qualified chartered secretary or governance professional (preferably CGI)
- 7 years + of relevant governance experience, ideally with industry experience in private credit investment fund structures, private fund, asset management or a strong financial services background
- Advanced communication skills that allow you to collborate with a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Confident to operate with some autonomy, use sound judgement to find solutions
- Strong document management skills and familiarity with document storage systems
- Proficiency in using Diligent Entities, Diligent Board books, Docusign and Microsoft Office software
- Appetite to work in a growing Credit business and ambition to support the business in new initiatives
