The Opportunity:

Be the go-to person for complex tax queries IHT, CGT, VAT, self-assessment, R&D claims Deal directly with HMRC on the trickier negotiations Build real tax planning strategies for business owners Work closely with a team that wants to spot opportunities (and risks) together, not in silos. What Were Looking for:
Someone confident across a broad range of tax disciplines, comfortable owning client relationships, and happy to solve problems rather than just process them. You'll need sharp IT skills, a naturally diplomatic approach to sensitive information, and the kind of personal organisation that means you can be trusted to manage your own time, because here, you genuinely will be. If you're the sort of person who wants real ownership of your work, a team that has your back, and a culture built on trust rather than clock-watching, this could be a brilliant next step.
