Equity Reward & Venture Capital Assistant Manager

Now, we’re looking for an Equity Reward Assistant Manager to join our forward‑thinking team, with a strong focus on valuations and advisory.

• Valuations Expertise – Lead on valuations for EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, and other incentive schemes, ensuring businesses are tax‑efficient and compliant. This will include modelling work.
• Strategic Advisory – Work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise equity reward structures, aligning them with business objectives.
• Technical Excellence – Navigate the complexities of tax, legal, and accounting rules, ensuring seamless processes and risk mitigation.
• Venture Capital Schemes – dive deep into schemes like SEIS, EIS & VCT – supporting our clients navigate the challenges of them as they grow.
• Client Leadership – Be the trusted equity and reward specialist, advising businesses and entrepreneurs on the best tax‑efficient strategies.
• Collaboration & Growth – Work across Tax, Corporate Finance, and Legal teams, refining methodologies and helping businesses attract and retain top talent.
