An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing independent financial planning firm in Gloucester as they continue to expand their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a supportive, collaborative business that offers genuine career progression and long-term development.
Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, you’ll play a key role in the advice process, providing high-quality technical support and helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
The Role- Produce accurate and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection.
- Carry out technical research and product comparisons to support adviser recommendations.
- Prepare client documentation and ensure all advice files are completed to a high standard.
- Liaise with advisers, providers and internal teams to keep cases progressing efficiently.
- Assist with the end-to-end financial planning process, ensuring a smooth client journey.
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and supporting the continued growth of the business.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (desirable).
- Previous paraplanning experience within an IFA environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for financial planning.
- Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience).
- Full study support towards Chartered status.
